At ThriftedThreads, we want you to love your unique finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original pre-loved condition. Please note that due to the nature of vintage fashion, all items must have their original store tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack With Care

  Place the items back into their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the ThriftedThreads authentication tag remains intact and attached.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your return request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the vintage quality of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
